Banga soup step by step

  1. Wash your palm fruit put it in a pot put water and boil for 20_30min.

  3. Boil it uncovered and then add the cooked meat,pkomo,stock fish, grounded crayfish and cover the pot to cook.
  4. Add grounded onions and pepper cooked for 10min add seasoning cubes,salt, smoke fish and Banga spice and stir.
  5. Wash your ugwu and scent leaves add it to the soup and allow to Cook for some minutes and then off the cooker and your soup is ready..
