It is well known for its savory taste and richness. You can have EFO-RIRO SOUP using 19 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of EFO-RIRO SOUP

  1. It's of Kpomo (cooked).
  2. Prepare of Shaki (cooked).
  3. You need of Stock fish (boiled).
  4. It's of Dry fish (boiled).
  5. Prepare of Beef meat(cooked).
  6. You need of Meat stock.
  7. You need of Scotch bonnet and pepper (grinded).
  8. Prepare of Onion.
  9. Prepare of Tomato puree.
  10. You need of Ugu and spinach.
  11. It's cubes of Seasoning.
  12. It's of Seasoning beef and chicken flavour.
  13. It's of Onga stew.
  14. It's of Rosemary.
  15. You need of Black pepper mix.
  16. You need of Curry.
  17. You need of Thyme.
  18. You need of Locust beans.
  19. Prepare of Palm oil.

Efo Riro is prepared with assorted meat, fish, large quantity of green vegetables and peppers (tomatoes are added, sometimes). This is one of my go-to dishes, because I'm a big fan of vegetables. Slightly heat up the red palmoil. EFO-RIRO SOUP instructions

  1. In a pan add in palm oil and onion fry for 2mnt then add your meat, shaki and pepper mix saute for 3mnt then add tomato puree, kpomo and Locust beans stir then cover it and allow it to cooked for some mnts.
  2. Add curry, thyme, rosemary and Black pepper stir then then add your meat stock stir, cover and allow it to cooked for 5mnt.
  3. Add seasoning and onga stir then add your fish, stir until well combine cover the pan for 10mnt, add ugu and spinach stir until well combine, cover and allow it to simmer for 1mnt. Serve and enjoy 😋 😋😋 i served mine with eba and semo😋😋😋.
